Fundraise For Us

Your support is vital to help us achieve our goal of saving lives, as well as providing opportunities for people to come together and really have fun and make a life changing difference.

Every donation we receive helps us train dogs to use their incredible sense of smell to detect the odour of human disease, from Cancer and Parkinson’s to life-threatening bacterial infections.

Our Cancer & Bio Detection Dogs are changing the future of medical diagnosis, offering faster, earlier, and less invasive ways to detect illness and the potential to transform millions of lives.

But that’s not all. We also train Medical Alert Assistance Dogs to be life-saving companions for people living with complex medical conditions. These amazing dogs learn to detect even the slightest changes in their partner’s odour, alerting them to an oncoming medical emergency and often before they even know something is wrong.

For these individuals, a dog doesn’t just bring independence, they bring hope, safety and a better quality of life. Enjoy reading some of our client partnership stories by clicking on the button below:

The welfare of our dogs is of paramount importance to us; whilst they are training and working, but also when they are retired or withdrawn.  Dogs that are ending their career with Medical Detection Dogs make wonderful pets, and we take care to ensure their individual needs are met when finding them a new home. A UK project is training dogs to detect UTIs by scent, offering faster, non-invasive diagnosis—especially beneficial for elderly and vulnerable patients. Backed by strong research, dogs show over 90% accuracy in identifying UTI-related bacteria. Following a successful pilot, the program will expand, aiming to support NHS efforts and improve wellbeing through community-based detection and assistance services.
